Our table banquet menus are a great way to encourage interactive dining & allow your guests to experience a bit of everything on your menu


Sample Table Banquet Menu Options


To Start:

  • A selection of freshly baked breads with garden herb butter

Meat Options:

  • Havoc pork belly with apple, cider and wholegrain mustard sauce with roasted red onion (GF)
  • West Coast blue cod with pancetta & shallot mornay
  • Sliced Angus sirloin beef with a mustard sauce and mini Yorkshire puddings (GF)
  • Marlborough baked salmon with a Miso glaze & crispy ginger and spring onions (GF)
  • Slow roasted Silere lamb shoulder with a harissa sauce (GF)

Side Options:

  • New potatoes with an herb butter glaze (GF)
  • Chorizo and red onion risotto (GF)
  • Green beans, broccolini & baby spinach sautéed with lemon juice and toasted almonds (GF)
  • A colourful array of seasonal roast vegetables with a fresh herb yoghurt (gf)

Salad Options:

  • Havoc Bacon and fig Salad – crispy bacon and caramelised figs with mozzarella, baby rocket, crispy potatoes and a honey vinaigrette (GF)
  • Simple green Salad – Crystal Gardens variety of green leaves with lemon vinaigrette (GF)
  • Pear and blue cheese salad – poached pears, prosciutto, baby spinach, caramelized walnuts, gorgonzola, baby beetroot and blue cheese dressing (GF)
  • Chickpea salad – with pesto, red onion, spinach and seeds
  • Chopped Thai salad with sesame and garlic dressing

Dessert Options:

Our hand crafted petit four style desserts served on platters to share:

  • Dark chocolate and salted caramel brownie
  • Ginger and orange cheesecake
  • Sticky date cake
  • Lemon meringue tartlets (GF)
  • Dark chocolate and Cointreau tartlets with caramelised orange and candied orange peel
